The successful candidate will have excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as experience working in a fast-paced call center environment.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in a call center environment.

  • 1-2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in a customer service or sales team.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other productivity tools.

  • Ability to analyze data and provide insights to improve team performance.



Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience working with customer service or sales software and technology.

  • Knowledge of customer service or sales principles, methods, and practices.

  • Experience working in a multi-channel contact center environment (optional).

  • Bilingual or multilingual skills.



Responsibilities:


  • Provide coaching, guidance, and support to Customer Service and Sales Representatives.

  • Monitor and analyze team performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

  • Assist with recruitment, training, and onboarding of new team members.

  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer complaints and concerns.

  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
