Requirements

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of sales experience in a call center environment

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.



Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience working with sales software and technology.

  • Knowledge of sales principles, methods, and practices.

  • Ability to speak fluent english and spanish.

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
